About Us
We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Personal Assistant to support the daily operations of a prominent executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations within a fast-paced environment. As a Personal Assistant, you will handle scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and maintaining accurate records, all while demonstrating exceptional communication skills.
Job Responsibilities
Manage and organize the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and transportation.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications, managing phone calls and emails.
Conduct research and compile information for various projects and presentations.
Maintain and organize filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring easy access to documents.
Requirements
Proven experience as a personal assistant or in similar administrative roles.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Flexible and adaptable, able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
