Overview of Responsibilities: Proactively engaging customers while sampling productsPreparing and serving food using an induction cooktop, toaster oven, blender, etc. with specific cooking directions providedCutting and sampling produce and grocery productAchieving sales goals by sharing product with customers and encouraging them to try new productsCoordinating all event activities, including:Event setup and takedown Communicating upcoming events in department manager meetingsManaging sample supply and sample product inventoryPreparing event recaps via SharePointMaintaining program specific equipment Adhering to strict food safety guidelinesCompleting assigned online trainings to build your knowledge base#li-dni Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalentHigh energy with a passion for Sprouts productThrives on customer engagement Ability to suggestively sell productWillingness to learn and growAbility to follow cooking directionsAbility to stand at the Tasting Station for up to 8 hoursExperience with customer service, sales, marketing or event planningAbility to communicate effectively and build rapport with store team members and support officeStrong organizational skillsResults-oriented mindsetProblem solving skillsIntermediate level computer skills Benefits: In addition to a rewarding career, Sprouts offers a comprehensive program to help support you and your family.
