Job Title: Patient Services Representative

Location: Ithaca, NY 14850

Duration: 13 Weeks

Pay Rate: $20 - $24/hour

Type: Contract

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5x8s | No weekends | No on-call

Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented, and reliable Patient Services Representative to support front desk and administrative operations in a busy clinical setting. The ideal candidate will have strong clinic experience and be proficient with Epic systems, including Epic testing workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and check in patients in a professional and courteous manner

  • Manage scheduling, patient registration, and insurance verification

  • Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of patient records in Epic

  • Respond to patient inquiries and assist with appointment coordination

  • Support general administrative duties and maintain front desk organization

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical or front desk healthcare setting

  • Proficient in Epic electronic health record system (including Epic testing workflows)

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
