In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent for various IT positions within our organization. You will play a crucial role in building a strong workforce by utilizing your expertise in recruitment processes and your understanding of the IT landscape. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for connecting with candidates. Duties Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates for IT roles. Utilize various platforms, including social media management tools, to promote job openings and engage potential candidates. Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and requirements for each position. Stay updated on employment labor laws to ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process. Manage the internal recruiting process, ensuring a seamless experience for all candidates. Participate in executive recruiting efforts as needed to fill high-level positions. Requirements Proven experience in IT recruiting, preferably within the US IT sector. Strong knowledge of employment terms like 1099, C2C, W-2 and immigration statuses like GC, H1B, OPT-EAD, H4-EAD etc. and best practices in recruitment. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS). Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach. Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and assess candidates qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring an efficient and positive candidate experience. Negotiate job offers, handle candidate objections, and manage the offer acceptance process. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and other stakeholders. A proactive approach to sourcing candidates through various channels.
