Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service in Dutch to clients of a prestigious luxury brand.
• Communicate product features and brand stories effectively to engage and inform customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Process orders and manage customer accounts with attention to detail.
• Collaborate with team members to address customer needs and drive sales.
• Stay updated on luxury market trends and new product offerings to provide valuable insights.

? Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English ; additional language skills are a plus.
• A valid EU passport and openness to relocating to Indonesia.
• Experience in luxury retail or customer service is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering quality customer experiences.
• Ability to work well in a team and contribute positively to a dynamic work environment.
• Genuine passion for luxury brands and a solid understanding of the luxury retail landscape.
• Willingness to work flexible hours to meet business demands.
