QualificationsEducation:
Bachelor’s degree in Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapy or Masters/Doctoral level degree from a university program satisfying state licensure and national guidelines.
Experience:
Five or more years of progressively more responsible relevant work experience, or equivalent, in the field of Speech Language Pathology, Occupational and/or Physical Therapy rehabilitation and management.
License/Certification:
Nevada State Licensure as a Certified Speech Pathologist, Registered Occupational and/or Physical Therapist. Speech Pathologists must satisfy ASHA CCC requirements. Current BLS certification.
Other:
Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care/service to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit/department.
