Data Analyst Lead needs 5+ years' experience with Facets platform, Medical Plan Benefit Configuration, Provider Network & Agreement Configuration
Data Analyst Lead requires:
- SQL,
- Healthcare claim understanding, datafeed.
- Facets
- Analytical & problem solving skill
- 5+ years' experience with Facets platform, Medical Plan Benefit Configuration, Provider Network & Agreement Configuration
- SQL and Database experience
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, quick learning.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Data Analyst Lead duties:
- Prepare data for analysis by removing duplicates, errors, and outliers. Validate file layout against sample files.
- Identify patterns and trends in the data by running SQL queries.
- Provide Data Analysis and troubleshooting expertise on Configuration tool sets with automated processes.
- Serve as a Business Analyst documenting requirements, process flows, and execute testing for enhancements to improve the automation toolset for Configuration.
- Provide Research, Analysis and Configuration subject matter expert support to the Business Configuration Production team.

Salary: $ 53.00 Per Hour
