As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our valued customers—handling questions, offering tailored guidance, and ensuring a smooth, supportive experience every step of the way. Your ability to communicate effectively, stay organized, and understand our service offerings will be essential in fostering trust and long-term relationships.
Customer Engagement: Interact with customers remotely via phone, email, and Zoom to provide prompt and personalized assistance.
Service Guidance: Help customers make the most of our financial solutions by clearly explaining their benefits and applications.
Relationship Building: Act as a knowledgeable and trusted resource, offering relevant suggestions based on each customer’s unique financial goals.
Record Management: Accurately track and document all customer interactions using our internal tools to ensure consistency and quality.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role such as customer service, account support, or customer success
Excellent written and spoken communication skills
A compassionate, customer-first attitude with a focus on delivering results
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
Readiness to complete required licensing within two weeks of starting
