Job Description

Assistant Construction Manager is the representative responsible for managing construction execution to ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in alignment with contract requirements and company standards. Candidates must have the ability to effectively multi-task, prioritize and keep the office organized.

• Assist the Construction Manager in planning, organizing, and managing projects from start to finish
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient completion of work
• Monitor project progress and track expenses to ensure projects are completed within budget
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates and address any concerns
• Ensure that all safety and quality standards are met on job sites
• Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve any project issues or delays
• Assist in managing team members and ensuring they have the necessary resources to complete their tasks

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction project management
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Proven track record of meeting project deadlines and staying within budget
